Do You Need A Mortuary Transport Website?
by Mortuary Transport Expert ~ April 4th, 2008. Filed under: Body Business, Latest News, Mortuary Marketing.I am making my services available to the the mortuary industry for cohesive presentation of your business to your local community. I focus on usability, cross platform viewability and consistency throughout all media broadcasting, whether electronic or in print.
When I had my mortuary transport business, I created all my own websites, brochures, flyers, business cards and training materials.
I first started developing forms and brochures for my boss when I was just getting started with picking up bodies. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do the body removal job, but I had to make something to feed my family.
Since I had a background in computers, graphics and websites, it was a natural progression for me to do the same thing for publicizing our service, especially when it came time for me to take over the bay area expansion of the business.
When it came time for me to start my own business, it was easy for me to modify what I developed to something even better for marketing and presenting my business.
I’m offering that expertise in mortuary transport service marketing for your business. The map above was my area of service, although more than half my business was in San Francisco.
Drop me a line, let me know what you need, and I’ll give you a quote.
Depending on what you want or need, it could be anywhere from $150 and up to get a website off the ground if you don’t have a domain name (your web address), email or a site.
All you need is a description of your services, a price list and a statement about your services and perhaps why a funeral home should use you.
I’ll put up my last website as an example in a short while, although it’s not my best work anymore, since it was almost 3 years ago when I designed it.
I also had a:
- Death certificate processing business as an offshoot of my transport business, with it’s own website with price list.
- Casket delivery business for immediate delivery of caskets from local suppliers to destinations within 200 miles. This had a site with price lists from two of the main suppliers to any destination in Northern California, and it was up to the funeral home to decide if the price was worth it for same day delivery.
I’ll make those sites available in a little while too.
In the mean time, sign up for future updates of this site, and you’ll be automatically notified of new information!
